Meet Darla!
Darla is a sweet, friendly, 9-10 year old pit mix. She was rescued from Solano County Shelter as a stray with no known history. She had really bad skin but is on medication and a high-quality fish based kibble now. Her blood work looks good especially for a dog in her condition.
She will need a committed, loving home ready for all things senior and in return will be a wonderful companion and easy going girl. She has tested well with dogs but we are unsure about cats and have not seen her around small kids.
Darla is a very sweet easy going and independent girl. She is playful but not high energy.
She is curious but gentle about her foster’s guinea pigs. She can be a little nervous around other dogs at first but eventually warms up to them.
She loves car rides and is the perfect companion! She is working on commands, is extremely treat motivated and easy to leave home alone.
$150 adoption donation includes vaccinations, spay, microchip, bloodwork, fecal test, heartworm tested, flea tick treated/dewormed.
