Jax

Meet Jax!

Jax is a 2 year old husky surrendered to the shelter when the owner “had no time for him”. Speaking to Jax’s amazing temperament, he lasted at the shelter nearly 3 months before getting kennel stressed and then going to rescue and then a foster home. Jax is a very sweet Husky

. Jax is:

-House trained

-Very cuddly and loving

-Easy to train

-Loves people

-Loves doggie friends/very playful

-Best home is with another playful dog

-Great adventure/hiking buddy

-Excels in a wide variety of environments (good with noise, activity, car rides, dog parks, breweries, crowds, etc)

-Easy feeder, not picky, and zero resource guarding

-Sleeps all night long

-Partially crate trained

-Takes treats gently

Jax is great with kids too, with a gentle mouth and responsiveness appropriate for middle or older children. As he is somewhat exuberant though, like most huskies, he wouldn’t be best for young’uns.

Jax is neutered, robust, fully vetted with vaccines, and comes with a martingale collar, dual lead leash and freedom harness that make walking him easier than most.

Jax’s fosters’ favorite thing about him, amongst all his good qualities, is how loving he is!

A very proficient couch-cuddler especially, the sweet boy loves laying partly in your lap while you watch your favorite shows, gazing lovingly up at you with his gorgeous blue eyes, expressing his adoration. The person that’s lucky enough to adopt this sweetheart will be very lucky indeed, gaining a best friend and furever companion.

Jax needs a loving home with no cats.
