Meet Charlie!
This sweet little scruffy guy was owner surrendered due to no fault of his own. He was allowed to wander for days/weeks in a rural farm town. He is now safe and sound in a wonderful foster home, where he is getting the care and attention he deserves.
Good with other dogs, he may do best with a dog friend. He is a little handshy at first, but affectionate once he knows you.
