The following dogs are located at VISALIA ANIMAL SHELTER and in need of FOSTER or FOSTER to ADOPT homes. Foster to adopt is like a trial of sorts — you get to see the dog in your home environment to see if it’s a match for both. If it’s not a forever match you do commit to caring for the animal until we can find safe and secure placement. Foster to Adopt also get priority to adopt an animal, if it’s a good fit for both parties.
