Meet KIKO!
Kiko is a grateful, sweet, kid-loving 5-6 year old 51lb black Labrador retriever. She is extremely dog, people, and child friendly. Her previous home had small children who doted on her & made her feel loved through being medically neglected by her caretakers. Before landing with us, she had been battling extreme skin conditions that were probably the result of flea & mite infestation turned secondary infection. She was severely underweight, toe nails curling into her paw pads, with eye & ear infections. Even in her devastating state she was a sweetheart! She was so grateful to be getting the care she needed. that been a month & Now it's her time to find her true forever home! Her fur is growing back rapidly & her skin is getting softer & softer. Her ear & eye infections have resolved.
She has been in foster with dogs of all sizes & ages. She would do fine without a yard as long as she got out enough & had someone around. This sweet girl deserves the world--and we intend on finding that for her! She is absolutely full of love & can't wait to share it with you!
The only medication she is currently taking are 2 types of eye drops to hydrate her eyes & Apoquel (an allergy/anti-itch medication).
Adoption donation: $350 includes her spay, microchip, rabies, bordetella, DHPP vaccines, dewormers, and monthly flea/tick/HW prevention
