Meet Cherry!
Adoptable Cherry is a female 2.5 month old Great Dane mix (DNA test confirmed!). She has been lovingly raised in HFP foster care since she was a few days old and got to stay with her mama and litter until she was 2 months old.
Cherry is a giant bundle of love and cuddles, and she doesn’t quite know how big she is! She takes every chance she can to be on your lap and snuggling as close to your face as possible. Cherry gives a lot of kisses.
Cherry is currently fostered with 1 puppy and 2 adult dogs, and does well with both! She plays all day with the other puppy, while respecting the boundaries of the adult dogs. Cherry is quickly learning how to use the dog door and potty outside, but we are still working on both! Cherry might be a bit too big and playful for small children.
She has been in homes with other dogs and would love a dog friend!
$500 tax deductible adoption donation includes: first shots, dewormed, microchip, flea tick treated and spay/neuter / spay neuter agreement addendum
Ideal home will:
- Have experience raising puppies AND OR commitment to training/willingness to learn
- The time to commit to all things puppy w/ solid plans for puppy socialization, positive exposure and continued training; commitment not just to puppyhood but to a lifetime of love, care, companionship and vetting
- Preference to homes w/ friendly & well-trained dog role models (preference, not required)
- Preference to homeowners w/ yards (preferred not required)
