Hammy is: Friendly meeting strangers. Hammy loves meeting kids but will roughly grab at toys and hold in his mouth-- (so a home with lots of small children/ lots kids toys about may be tougher to manage with his love of toys)
Dogs: Hammy Does well large dogs slow intro and currently lives with a large female dog
Cats: Recommend no cats or small critters
Housetrained: Yes, may take a moment to acclimate to new surroundings but has not had problems in his foster home
Energy Level: Low, enjoys short walks
Behaviors to work on: Grabbing toys more gently
Crate training: Yes up to 6 hours alone
Toy Drive: Yes loves and watches toys intently, tough grip, not aggressive but mouthy at toys. Training in progress . He is also treat motivated!
