Mickey is a healthy 39 lb neutered & vaccinated mixed breed. Mickey is dog and cat-friendly, good on leash, and has a gentle, sweet, sensitive disposition. He can be nervous around young children so recommend a home with kids 12+. He would love a home with a dog friend!
The ideal home will be gentle and positive, with a flexible work schedule, and ready to commit to all things young dog (plus a lifetime of companionship & care).
Mickey, his sister Clarabelle (in foster Carlsbad CA), and sister Goose (in foster Sacramento) are all three still looking for forever homes after being rescued from a Northern California shelter back in November where they were overlooked for months. This makes ZERO sense to us but hey that’s rescue now a days! Don’t let others sleeping on these sweet gems stop you from finding your new BFF!
