Casper was rescued by a rescue friend who took this boy into her home with her 5 other dogs. He is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, X-rays show no hip dysplasia or signs of; Casper may have Gas and need a generic version of GasX (but no flatulance).
He is very human and dog friendly.
With strangers he has handling sensitivities being lifted or pulled (will growl to protest but has never ever bitten). Once he knows and trusts you you can handle him all over, but the best way for example to ask him off the couch as someone he doesn't know very well, would be to lure down with a treat instead of grab.
