Jeffy was saved from the streets of Puerto Rico, found on the highway in the pouring rain. He calmly walked up to the car and asked for help with his sweet eyes. There was no way Chelsey at Souls of Satos Rescue could leave him behind to die. Jeffy will be fully vetted, neutered and receive a clean bill of health before flying to us in California.
He arrived sweet, gentle, timid but wanting to trust. Now he is a happy, playful, but perfectly behaved boy who is gaining confidence everyday. He loves to play with other dogs!
