Luna was adopted through HFP as a 2 month old puppy but returned at 8 months when the family could no longer care for her. Her mama was a shepherd, daddy unknown and she first came to us with her littermates from a farm family who wanted to make sure they got the best homes possible.
Luna is a sweet dog with zero aggression, but she is under confident and nervous of new people, dogs, and places. She will need a calm, confident leader committed to young dog training, confidence building and positive exposure to the world around her. She is currently living with us and 8 other dogs and does great with all the dogs in the home once she knows them.
An experienced owner with the time to put into Luna to make her a good adult canine citizen a must. Luna comes with 4 free training sessions with a wonderful training in Dixon CA to get her started on the right path.
Spayed, vetted, vaccinated, up to date on monthly preventatives, microchipped, $250 adoption donation — 45-50 lbs may be 55-60 lbs full grown.
