Sweet Carolina came to us from a Holding facility in the Central Valley, where she landed as a stray. Carolina has not had much exposure to new people or the outside world before coming to us, but already she is beginning to open up and blossom.
Currently in a Sacramento foster home with two other dogs, she is thriving with friendly dogs to show her the ropes and role-model from. We would love a home that already has a well-behaved dog to continue to show her "how to dog."
Carolina recently attended our Benefit Brunch where she met 200 people. She loved being held the whole time by her foster Dad, and was shy, but let people love on her and touch her.
She will most likely be 55-65 lbs full grown, and active. A home with experience raising dogs + commitment to puppy training, socialization and companionship a must. She is not yet house-trained, but is learning.
$375 adoption donation: vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and flea treated. Adopters are responsible for providing proof of spay at 5-6 months and completing puppy shot series.
