Meet Sadie — Spayed Border Collie/Lab Mix, 4.5 - 5 years, 30 lbs. Vaccinated, and up to date on monthly preventatives.
Origin: Sadie was originally adopted from the Sac SPCA three years ago, but her owner is a single mom with 4 children who can no longer provide Sadie with the love and attention she needs. Sadie is leash and house trained. She is a sweet dog but nervous and anxious in personality.
Dogs: Sadie can be timid with other dogs and can react if she’s scared. With a friendly, calm dog she does great!
Cats: Good
Kids: Good, currently lives with 4 children (infant - 12 years old)
Where does the dog sleep?: In a crate
Is the dog allowed on your furniture?: No

Where do you keep your dog: In the house or in the yard
Likes: Stuffed animals, Playing chase with the kids, Walks, love
Dislikes: Loud noises or any aggression from dog or human

Does the dog jump kiddie gates or fences?: No

Sadie is very sweet but can be anxious per her herding breed mix. She would do best in a relatively calm house where she can get daily exercise, play and walks!
