Fig & Plum surrendered to my work late at night January 23. Someone had caught them in their cat trap for spay and neuter and had no idea what to do with rabbits.
The male was neutered February 22 and it would be best if the female is spayed also to get rid of added hormones. I work at an exotic vet and can get her spayed for half the cost or if the adopter lives in Placer county they can get a spay voucher and it would be half the cost.
They are both pretty calm but are not big fans of human interaction. They will let you pet them and pick them up but will not seek out being near you. I do have them as free roam bunnies if I am home but when I leave I do put them in separate crates as the male still likes to annoy the female since she is not fixed. Rehoming Fee $200 and comes with food, hay, and water bottles.
