Puppy Arlo is a 14-15 week hound shepherd mix rescued from Mexico along with his three siblings. Vetted and neutered he is a wirey happy boy who bonds hard and fast.
Wonderful with dogs, would do well with cats given proper intros. Once he loves you he loves you with every ounce of his being and his full heart. He trusts you completely and will let you trim his nails, check his teeth, put him on his back -- he looks at his people like they are the bees knees greatest people on the planet (and don't we all deserve to be looked at that way??)
Arlo would do wonderfully with a well-established role model dog in the home, but could also do well as a solo dog with dog-savvy owners who will be proactive about continued socialization with new people in positive ways! He is super food motivated which will help with continued training; smart and eager to please.
An active person or adventure couple, he is adaptable to his environment as long as he's with his person. A more flexible work schedule w/ the time to commit to all things puppy and beyond! Best guess would be 55--60 bs full grown.
Arlo isn’t comfortable being left alone home yet so will need to learn that he is safe and you’re always coming back for him!
Loves car rides, snuggles, toys/fetch, walks well on leash, still working on potty training!
