Adoption Process:
Step 1. Complete online adoption application including pictures of home / yard
Step 2. If it sounds like a good fit for all we will respond in 1-5 days to schedule a follow up call with an adoption counselor. Due to a high amount of interest for puppies, we may not be able to respond to all applicants but will try our best!
Step 3. If it sounds like a match, we will promptly set up a meet and greet at the foster home’s backyard or outdoor public setting practicing social distancing policies. Please review info on meet and greets at heartsforpawsrescue.com/meet-greet-info
More info & FAQS can be found at:

We can keep adoption applications on file for up to 6 months that can be used for other HFP adoptable dogs.
Meet the January Litter! 5 girls (Stella, Susie, Maggie, MJ, and Maple) 2 boys (Bailey and Wiley)— small breed mix — best guess is 12-15 lbs full grown. Mama Bonnie raised them well and they have been receiving lots of socialization with new people.
Happy, wiggly, playful, energetic, loving small puppies who deserve the best families.
Looking for homes with the time and resources ready to commit to all things puppy, including, but not limited to:
continued training and socialization, daily exercise, and life-long companionship vetting/care.
Due to their small size we would prefer them to go to a home with teens plus. Friendly dog role models would be ideal, but must be friendly, appropriate and gentle enough with their size.
$400 adoption donation — includes vetting, first shots, dewormed, flea/tick treated, fecal tested/treated, microchip (free lifetime registry) & spay/neuter agreement addendum ( 16-20 weeks of age).
