Hagan is a goofy and happy 1-2 year old husky looking for his forever home. He is very playful and has a big personality.
Hagan loves to play with a squeaky toy on his own, and invites others to hangout and play with him. He will fetch and is learning to bring the ball back. Hagan would do well with an active owner. He likes to go on a couple walks a day or a nice run. He is well behaved and is learning great leash etiquette.
He does well in neighborhoods, on a hike, or even on the golf course! He loves being outdoors, whether it’s on a walk or just sitting outside listening to the birds. Hagan is dog friendly and wants to run and rough around with other dogs. He has been very receptive to training. He is very smart but can be stubborn if he thinks he can get away with things. He is not food motivated. He is prey driven towards squirrels, rodents, and birds. He loves affection and wants to be near you but also loves to return to his dog bed. He is house trained and hasn’t had any accidents in the home (and doesn’t mark).
He loves having his own space (his bed) and will happily go to it throughout the day and sleeps there throughout the night. Hagan does not whine or bark but is talkative when he’s feeling playful. He is not aggressive with food, treats, or toys. Hagan is also good in a car.
Hagan would do well with an active and engaged owner who is ready to continue his training and wants to give him all the love (he loves affection and pets!!).
