Meet Rudy! 8-10 month Border Collie. Rudy was surrendered to a rural shelter in Sanger CA along with his two siblings Max and Joy. They were in good condition and had been taken good care of, but their person could no longer keep them due to no fault of their own. A little shy and timid at first, he loves other dogs and may do best in a home with a dog friend or two to provide company, companionship and help him gain confidence.
